Terms for buying and using Crescent Creations custom digital design services, credits, memberships, and verification flows.
Crescent Creations sells custom digital design services and related digital access, including vehicle liveries, Discord bots, banners, server graphics, uniforms, logos, Discord setup services, Crescent credits, and Lunar membership access.
All services are digital and are delivered through Discord, email, or another agreed digital method. No physical goods are sold through this website.
Published prices are starting prices or ranges. Final pricing is confirmed before payment based on complexity, quantity, requested timeline, and scope.
Robux purchases include a 30% tax to account for Roblox marketplace fees. USD Stripe payments are shown in USD and are exempt from Roblox marketplace tax.
Customers must pay in full before work starts. Customers are responsible for reviewing the service description, currency, delivery expectations, and Stripe checkout total before paying. Payment does not guarantee acceptance of requests that violate platform rules, law, or these terms.
Before opening a livery order, the customer must accept the livery cost, the 30% Robux purchase tax where applicable, full payment before work starts, and Crescent's Terms of Service and refund policies.
Before opening a uniform order, the customer must accept the uniform cost, the 30% Robux purchase tax where applicable, full payment before work starts, template delivery instead of clothing codes, responsibility for the 10 R$ clothing upload fee, and Crescent's Terms of Service and refund policies.
Before opening a miscellaneous order, the customer must accept the quoted pricing of the item being ordered, the 30% Robux purchase tax where applicable, full payment before work starts, and Crescent's Terms of Service and refund policies.
Customers must provide accurate order requirements, reference material, text, usernames, server details, and permissions needed to complete the requested work.
Customers must not submit infringing, abusive, illegal, or misleading content, and must not request work that impersonates official brands or creates confusion about affiliation.
Included revisions, if any, are limited to the agreed order scope. New concepts, major direction changes, additional deliverables, rush work, or changes after approval may require a new quote.
After full payment and delivery, customers may use the completed digital work for the agreed community/server purpose. Crescent Creations may retain internal records and portfolio examples unless a different written agreement is made.
Uniform orders are delivered as templates unless a different written agreement is made. Customers do not receive clothing codes by default and are responsible for covering any Roblox clothing upload fee, including the 10 R$ clothing upload fee.
Source/editable files are not included unless specifically stated in the quote.
Crescent offers a 50% refund for delivered products in the form of Robux credit, and delivered products may be deactivated after refund. For undelivered products, Crescent may provide a 100% refund in Robux credit, a 50% refund in USD if originally paid in USD, or a 50% refund in Robux if group payout requirements are met.
Refund and cancellation eligibility is also governed by the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Custom digital work is generally not guaranteed refundable after work starts or after files/access are delivered unless Crescent agrees otherwise.
Crescent Creations depends on services such as Discord, Roblox, Stripe, and Cloudflare. Their availability, policies, and terms may affect delivery or access.
Crescent Creations is an independent digital design service and is not affiliated with Roblox, ER:LC, Discord, or their respective owners.
Crescent challenges disputes. USD payments are irrevocable except where a refund was explicitly agreed upon by an executive member.
Chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate revocation of delivered assets, Stripe dispute evidence submission using the customer's Terms of Service agreement, and a $15 dispute fee per disputed transaction.
Fraud, abusive disputes, harassment, chargeback abuse, tampering with verification flows, or misuse of delivered work may result in cancellation of orders, removal of credits or membership access, refusal of future service, or community enforcement action. Repeated chargebacks or disputes may result in a permanent and irrevocable ban from all Crescent services, including server bans, IP bans, and payment method bans.
