How Crescent Creations collects, uses, shares, and protects customer information for digital services, payments, Discord support, and verification flows.
Crescent Creations may collect contact information such as name, email address, Discord username or user ID, Roblox username or user ID, order details, reference files, revision notes, and support messages.
For payment handling, Crescent Creations may receive payment status, receipt information, Stripe session IDs, product details, amount, currency, and related metadata. Full card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Crescent Creations.
For Discord-to-Roblox verification flows, the service may process Discord user ID, Discord guild ID, Roblox user ID, Roblox username, Roblox display name, temporary verification session data, and technical security tokens.
Information is used to quote, produce, deliver, support, and manage digital service orders; apply Crescent credits or membership benefits; process payment confirmations; prevent fraud or abuse; and resolve disputes.
Verification information is used only to link the correct Discord member with the correct Roblox account for the configured community workflow.
Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the business, including Stripe for payments, Discord for support and community delivery, Roblox where verification or platform context is required, Cloudflare for website/security infrastructure, and staff or contractors who need order details to complete the work.
Crescent Creations does not sell customer personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
Order, delivery, support, and payment records may be retained as needed for business operations, accounting, fraud prevention, moderation, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
Temporary verification session data is retained only as long as required to complete or expire the verification attempt, while linked account records may be retained for moderation and access-management purposes.
The website is served over HTTPS through Cloudflare. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect sessions and reduce tampering, including signed payload controls and short-lived state values where applicable.
No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should keep their Discord, Roblox, email, and payment accounts secure.
