What to include

  • Your Roblox username or relevant server/community name, if applicable.
  • The order type, payment method, Stripe receipt/session information if available, and a short description of the issue.

Response expectations

Most support messages are reviewed within 1-2 business days. Complex custom order, refund, or delivery disputes may take longer while order history and delivered files are reviewed.
