How Crescent Creations delivers custom digital services, files, credits, and membership access.
All Crescent Creations products and services are digital. Orders are delivered through Discord, email, or another agreed digital method. No physical shipping is provided.
Delivery time depends on the order size, complexity, queue, and how quickly requirements are confirmed. Most small orders are completed within 3-14 days after requirements and payment are confirmed. Larger or complex orders may require more time and will be quoted separately.
If a deadline matters, the customer should state it before payment so Crescent Creations can confirm whether the timeline is possible.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate order details, reference images, text, colors, Discord/Roblox identifiers, and any required permissions or access needed to complete the work.
Delivery may be delayed if requirements are missing, unclear, changed after work starts, or dependent on third-party platform availability.
Crescent Creations may keep reasonable records of delivery messages, file handoffs, Stripe payment status, and customer confirmations to resolve support, refund, or dispute questions.
